Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 07/04/2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Radiant Pool Care website and services. By using our website, contacting us, requesting a quote, booking service, or receiving service from Radiant Pool Care, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Radiant Pool Care provides residential pool cleaning, maintenance, water chemistry care, and related pool service support.

Service details, pricing, availability, and recommendations may vary based on the condition of the pool, equipment, property access, weather, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, reschedule, or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described.

2. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and, when applicable, an inspection of the pool and equipment. Quotes may change if the actual condition of the pool, equipment, water, or property is different than expected.

We make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled service windows, but service times are estimates and may change due to weather, traffic, route delays, equipment issues, emergencies, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking, quote approval, invoice, or service agreement. Late or missed payments may result in paused, rescheduled, or canceled service.

Monthly pool service is based on four service visits per month unless otherwise stated in writing. In months with a fifth service week, that additional week may not be included in the standard monthly service price unless specifically agreed upon.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information about the pool, equipment, property, gate access, pets, and any known issues that may affect service.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the pool and equipment area. This includes unlocked gates, working access codes, secured pets, and safe working conditions.

Customers are responsible for maintaining pool equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, water level, and related property conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If we cannot safely or reasonably access the pool or equipment, we may reschedule service, skip the visit, or charge a trip fee at our discretion.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Service Delays

If you need to cancel or reschedule service, please contact us as early as possible.

Short-notice cancellations, locked gates, unsafe conditions, or inaccessible pool areas may be subject to a fee depending on the circumstances and any service agreement in place.

Radiant Pool Care may reschedule, delay, or cancel service due to weather, unsafe conditions, illness, vehicle issues, route delays, equipment problems, emergencies, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers when schedule changes are necessary.

5. Pool Conditions and Service Limitations

Radiant Pool Care works to provide professional, reliable pool care, but pool conditions can be affected by many factors outside of our control, including weather, landscaping, water level, customer use, pets, equipment failure, plumbing issues, power interruptions, chemical history, and existing water chemistry.

We do not guarantee specific water clarity, chemical readings, algae prevention, stain removal, scale removal, or equipment performance when factors outside our control affect the pool or system.

Additional charges may apply for green pool cleanup, heavy debris, excessive algae, calcium buildup, neglected pools, chemical recovery, filter cleaning, equipment troubleshooting, repairs, or other work outside standard maintenance.

6. No Warranties

Our services are provided using reasonable care and professional judgment. However, except where required by law, Radiant Pool Care makes no express or implied warranties regarding the website, services, pool condition, water condition, or equipment performance.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Pool Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, communication with us, or services provided.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service is limited to the amount paid to Radiant Pool Care for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some portions of this section may not apply to you.
